Periodically when I start a new post or quote a post to reply none of the BB Code tools display and I have to hand code URL links, italics, bold, etc. The emoticons are available to the right and below the text box, but there are no code insertion icons above the box.

But after I've posted once, I believe, the icons appear for the remainder of the session. Is it a cache issue?

I can't give reputation unless I right click and select open in new window or tab.

I also cleared my history, etc, in Chrome and now have to constantly log back in.

Oh, and when I cleared my browser data I didn't select passwords in hopes I wouldn't have to deal with that.
