Re: Ravens Hire O-Line Coach
I never heard of him but based on his bio he's been around. Not too much NFL experience though

Re: Ravens Hire O-Line Coach
I am on the fence with this hire.
He's been fired before. He doesn't have a very extensive resume in the NFL. I also am not excited that he is a Chan Gailey disciple. I've never been impressed with Gailey's offenses.
I'm taking a wait and see approach, but right now...I'm not real excited about this hire.
I do like that he is a ZBS guy. I think Stanley and Lewis are ideal ZBS linemen.Disclaimer: The content posted is of my own opinion.

Re: Ravens Hire O-Line Coach
He showed that he can play LT effectively too. He's pretty athletic. I think he could be both.
Physically, I typically think of a mauler linemen (not taking mentality into it) as having a wide base, big legs, big shoulders and chest...Yanda is a great example. Larry Warford is another. Lewis is a big guy, but he's pretty narrow.
I think he has the athleticism to be an effective ZBS guard or tackle.Disclaimer: The content posted is of my own opinion.
