It's hard to say. All time greats sometimes struggle to be good coaches. They probably can't understand why average players can't make amazing plays consistently

I don't know if he will translate well to coaching in a sense. From what ive read over the years, he didn't have the work ethic you would like for a player but he just got by on natural talent. Don't get me wrong, I think him going into coaching is good, just skeptical any time any of the greats try to coach as performing great doesn't mean you can teach others.

Reed was the assistant DB coach. There isn't much you are going to hear about an assistant position coach. No way for anyone to really know how he did but Rex had nothing but good things to say about him.

I do get your point. Mike Singletary has had those exact issues. It's not easy when almost every one you coach is nowhere near as good as you were.

I don't think it would be a good idea at all to have Randy Moss as a coach. How can someone without a work ethic expect others to work hard? Very bad idea
