Depends. If marijuana laws made any sense there wouldnt be a need for dealers. Thats not even getting into the absurdity of what consitutes "dealing". A felony offense is literally carrying enough in a car that would last you and 1-2 friends less than a week.

The drug laws themselves are the origin for crime. States that have legalized recreational use are seeing huge surplus in revenue and decreased OD's from other drugs such as heroin. We've artificially created an illegal industry just like prohibition.

Theres literally no reason marijuana is illegal. There are multiple reasons why it should be legal.

The United States was founded on the ideas of freedom and personal accountability, if there is no victim then no crime has been committed and the law is an abuse of power and inherently unjust.
