Yep, in their case it's mostly offense. As mentioned, they lead the league in points scored in final 3 minutes of 4th (who knew this was tracked?). 42 points in final 3 minutes.

I get there's no guarantee a new DC will be better, but I do know the current one can't get it done. I don't need years of football experience analyzing tape to see this.

It's more about missing in the draft IMO. One healthy WR vet at the end of the game while Perriman is in street clothes and we have defensive guys who played a handfull of snaps, some were inactive...
