During that final drive one of the broadcasters noted that each Ravens blitz during the drive was effectively picked up by the Steelers. (I'll leave it for others to decide if that's accurate). If true, then that suggests that surprise is not a weapon for the Ravens defense.

It sure does seem that the Ravens have been outscored during the second half and especially the fourth quarter of games. If so, what does that signify?

I tend to think the defense has plateaued under Pees's leadership.
