Great read. Next season we'll be at a crossroads, IMO. Next season will tell where this franchise is going.

Since we won the super bowl we have more losses than wins. Things are not ok in Baltimore. I don't need one more season. Their press conferences are telling us what we know already. It's time for Ozzie to retire. IMO.

I don't agree with the Ravens plan, but there's no one I want in the FO more than Ozzie.

Results speak for themselves. He's had a ton of shit luck and a couple bad drafts since the SB, but I wouldn't say that makes it his time to retire.

He retooled this team after the 1st SB, he can do it again.

Next season will tell a lot OR it won't tell shit I am not even sure what this franchise is right now myself not sure what direction they are looking to go they seem happy with the same so they must be fine with it all.

biscuit stepped in few years ago when harbs was about to name hostler our OC....can you imagine how bad we woulda been

One bad season that everyone in the organization feel is an anomaly is an outlier here. Except for the 5-11 result this year, the record is 18-14 which isn't exceptional, but hardly the cause for the doom and gloom the "23-25'ers" like to spread.

We'll know next year for sure if it is just an anomaly, or a downward trend.

If a owner can't trust his head coach to add the right people coaching staff wise especially if it's a super bowl wining head coach then there's no point of keeping that head coach period.
