Haven't seen anything official, but it wouldn't surprise me one bit if he does win the appeal and gets to play.

The league can't punish anyone anymore, especially first time offenders. Slap him on the wrist and send him back out there.

A lot of people jumping the gun but as I said the other day, I think they will overturn it and he will just pay a fine. I believe that's the right call, FWIW
