    Byrne Identity...20 questions with Joseph

Good read...learned some things about Joe. Like his insight on talented guys who don't live up to their potential.

Oh, and come back asap, Joe!!!

Always good to get some deeper thoughts from him. He's gotten more talkative in press conferences, but all you really hear there is the same old lines about what went wrong/went well.

It's cool to hear him describe his views on confidence and leadership, and also that he seems like a pretty tough critic of others.

Yeah, that was a great read. What impresses me the most about Joe is how much of a team guy he is. He loves his teammates, and I think we all can tell they love him in return. It's telling that he was training at the facility with the team THE DAY BEFORE HIS SURGERY. I realize it sounds a bit trite, but I have a feeling Joe's resolve will aid his recovery and we'll see him under center in week one of next year. He's a blue collar, down-to-earth guy, through and through, which is refreshing in today's day and age.

Where will Joe Flacco be in five years? 10 years?

"In five years, I'll be right here in Baltimore playing for the Ravens. In 10 years, hopefully the same, ready to go out [of football] on a high note. If I get healthy and stay healthy, it can definitely be done. That's definitely a goal of mine, to play as long as I can."
As a fan and PSL holder this is what I want as well!

Joe is a WINNER, and that is all!! I knew this the first game I watched him, on the road, at Pittsburgh, and he did not blink! The Ravens lost, but Joe was cool and focused. He has been a winner ever since, and will continue to do so!
