Not exactly on topic, but not off topic either, I was rooting for the teams worse than us yesterday and only one came through.... but ib that vein this struck me as funny... enjoy

Re: Way too early 2016 Draft Thread

Here is what I see when I watch Bosa:

    - doesn't have incredible athleticism, but more than enough for a 285-290lb DE.

    - he's strong enough to rip through arm blocks and his arms are long enough to keep most linemen on their heels while driving them backwards.

    - I'd like to see him get better with the bull rush.

    - I'd like to see him get better at setting linemen up and keeping them guessing.

    - I do think he is athletic enough to drop into some short zones and cover the flats, but his best skills are rushing the QB and playing the run.

    - he doesn't give up on plays. He plays very hard and through the whistle.

    - he's got some bravado to him (our D lacks this IMO).

    - he dips his shoulder well enough and uses leverage and his long arms to pressure the QB.

    - he doesn't overcommit. He reads and reacts and rarely gets beat on the edge.

    - I think he has the frame to bump up to 290-300lbs pretty easily.

    - folks compare him to JJ Watt because they're both white DE's, but I see a little Michael Bennett to his game. Another guy I think is similar is Rob Ninkovic, but he is much smaller.

I'm not reading 83 pages. Has anyone mentioned WO- Sterling Sheppard. I could see the Ravens getting him in the second round possibly after trading back in the round.

What about Yannick Ngakou, OLB -Terps I see as high third rd pick.

    A couple of folks have.

I think if he Combines well he'll get some first round talk, which is probably where I'll stack him talent-wise FWIW (between Thomas and Coleman it's looking like).

He's a faster, more explosive Jarvis Landry.
I want to tag him as a Steve Smith clone, but I'm not there yet b/c of my local-bias.

EDIT: Just found out that he might be a very old 22 (2/10 birthday). That reduces his ceiling, but does nothing to dilute his quickness and explosiveness.

See, I'm not big on Davis. I think he drops a lot of passes. If they were looking at that type of a received, I'd much prefer Thomas.

Michael Thomas is the best fit IMO, but just as quickly as I said that I don't think he'll see a lot of 1st round praise, he's actually starting...
