Have you seen the crumbs that this offense has had to work with this year?

The only reason the defense has been in every game down to the end is because this offense stocked with talent that all other NFL teams are envious of has kept them in games trying to keep up with what this defense is allowing.

We have given up more points to the Browns, 49ers and Raiders than any other team that has played those teams.
(Chargers gave up the same number to the Raiders- 37)

We have made QBs that look like crap against other teams look like the second coming of Joe Montana.

The offense has had to sustain multiple coordinators and changes at primary weapons constantly while the defense has maintained the same coordinator and key players have regressed rather than progressed.

The inability to take top draft picks such as Arthur Brown and Matt Elam and have them even be serviceable much less fulfill there lofty draft status speaks volumes about the DC ability to use the talent given to him.

These facts are why Pees (or any coordinator) should be replaced in a league where opportunitys to succeed in achieving the entire teams goals are limited in most cases by the salary cap, free agency and parity.

Elam and Brown are both read and react attack style defenders that would have fitted the Old Ravens defenses well. Pees had Elam playing out of position half the damned time and over thinking. Brown is still overthinking from the bench, while we get to watch Daryl Smith pull off a play here and there for veteran's sake, but be slow as molasses in coverage and most run defense situations.

Everything Ravens is the odd man out here. It is clear the biggest problem with the team is the defense and it's coordinator. It's not even arguable.
