Re: DGB: Yes or No at No. 26 if available?
From a talent/upside perspective? Fuck yes.
From a PR/Business perspective? No way.Disclaimer: The content posted is of my own opinion.

Re: DGB: Yes or No at No. 26 if available?
If this were next year, maybe. I just don't think the front office could possibly pick this guy with his history so proximally to the Ray Rice thing.
It's a shame, because he looks great and supposedly has cleaned up his act. But we all know exactly what the media would say... It would be a disaster for the Ravens.

Re: DGB: Yes or No at No. 26 if available?
Not a chance I take him with our first. I dont think the Ravens will have him on their board at all but if he was there at 2, id take him. Hes a little more green than people talk about but he does have the highest upside of anybody in this draft. If we lose Torrey but walk away with our top 2 picks being DGB and Jaelen Strong, id be very very happy.
I think they kid needs some good people in his life. Im not sure we can offer him that or not, but getting away from Missouri would certainly be the first step. somebody could be walking away with a steal of the draft.-JAB

A player kicked off his college team for pushing a woman down stairs won't come close to being considered by this team.

Although Walsh's system of offense can compensate for lack of talent; however, defense is a different story. According to Walsh, talent on defense was essential and could not be compensated for. What did Walsh do in 1981? He acquired physical and talented players on defense.

Re: DGB: Yes or No at No. 26 if available?
No. PR aside, hes a Josh Gordon-esque suspension risk, with a history that mostly shows him beating up on the lower end teams but not a huge body of work against top flight teams. Never played against Bama or LSU. Only a few games against the likes of Georgia, Auburn, Florida, etc to go by. Freshman year didn't do a whole lot so its all his sophomore year that you have to go by. The aggregate stats look great, but throw out that 4 TD Kentucky game and some of the non conference stuff and his numbers don't show much more than a lot of other guys out there.

A guy who drunkenly drove his car into a building and fled the scene was taken in the second round after trading down. If he's there at 26, they'll take him.

I don't think the Ravens will touch this guy with a 10ft pole. After the whole Rice situation, I think the Ravens will be even more strict with character concerns.

DGB won't even be on the Ravens board. No point even considering him.
