The article is interesting. An eye test does show predictable teams getting into the playoffs each year in AFC (I don't really pay attention to NFC): Pats, Ravens, Colts, Broncos (since payton), Steelers. Does that mean that a salary cap really does not help with more parity?
Or maybe there needs to be some organizational changes like rotating divisions and ranking by the winner?
