I can't imagine what Suh said to win that appeal. It was just 1 step. It was 2 and there is no possible way he didn't realize he wasn't walking on someone instead of the field.

Re: OT- Donkey Kong Suh's suspension reduced to $70K fine
Flummoxed here . . .
A 70K fine basically says he is guilty of being, well, Suh. Egregious as evidenced by the fine, but why no suspension? Leave it to the NFL to simultaneously identify and punish a blatant, potentially serous foul for a guy how is a known on-field-thug, and then reduce it. What does it take for a serious punishment, a Rogers' broken leg? Do players get the reset button after each major punishment?
He should be banned for a year, at least. This teaches him he can potentially alter the outcome of a game for pocket change. This is much different than the ticky-tacky defenseless hit to the helmet plays that are called in real time.

I thought it was next to nothing. Look at the GIF in the other thread. Not even sure it isn't accidental
