OT - Ndamukong Suh suspension overturned

I felt like he would win this appeal since they can't take any past incidents into consideration. And he has.

I thought it was ridiculous to suspend him to begin with; they knew it wouldn't stand.

I'm not even sure it's on purpose; maybe that second step. But the way the rules work, they cannot take any past incidents into account. This has to stand on it's own. And if you look at it, it's pretty mild. Hell Brady kicked Ed Reed in the nuts and didn't even get a flag. It happens on the field IMO

Overturned??? What a fucking joke! I don't ever want to hear the words "player safety" out of the NFL again. It's all bullshit.

To step back on Rogers leg was by accident but the 2nd step was on purpose. Anyone could see that.

NfL has a lot to decide when it comes to rules and regulations. Special interpretation is pissing off the fans. If RR gets thrown out for being drunk and stupid, how is that a sober Suh doesn't get suspended for intentionally trying to step on Rodgers. Video in both cases show the attack. SMH

I guess Rodgers is not as important to the NFL when it comes to protecting the QB. Imagine if that was brady.

I don't know, when watching the whole thing in real time not just focused on the legs, there is a lineman grabbing his jersey, I don't think it was as egregious as it appears.

Suh seems to think he can get away with this sort of thing. Apparently he's right.

I don't understand how there can be any doubt- he steps on him, not once, but twice. And THEN steps up to put all his weight on. Anyone not doing it on purpose would have realised long before that that it's not turf he's standing on...
