    Did we read the same article? which concludes with:

    I agree with 3/4's of his conclusion. San Antonio has the NFL-standard publicly financed Alamodome, which passed a significant test by hosting the Saints for the season after Katrina damaged the Superdome. Better demographics than Mexico City. The only advantage I could see to Mexico City might be nation-wide interest in th NFL ratcheted up by having its own team. (Same reason why London and Toronto have extra appeal -- adds 100,000,000 potential English-speaking TV audience).
    In a 2003 BBC poll that asked Brits to name the "Greatest American Ever", Mr. T came in fourth, behind ML King (3rd), Abe Lincoln (2nd) and Homer Simpson (1st).
