Terrance Cody at NT for sure...
Ethan Brooks in at LT... moving Oher back to the right side... Bennie Anderson in for Yanda from last year.
I'd also put Radio in for Grbac... nope, even better, Troy Smith.

5 technique is a tough one, Clarence Brooks seems to take everyone Ozzie provides him with and at LEAST make a serviceable player out of them.

I think Keydrick Vincent instead of Bennie. At least Bennie was a powerful run blocker. O'Neil Cousins at RT. Gino and Shipley obvious inside. Have to go with Dwan Edwards on the DL.

Michael Huff on this, of course.

As a sidenote, I don't think Nakamura, who never played defensively, and Tommy Polley, who was quite adequate, deserve to be on the list.

I'm cool with Keydrick, but HAVE TO HAVE Oher... sorry, it just has to. But if you want Cousins over brooks that is cool.

The problem with Dwan, is that he is NOW and has been for a half dozen years a very serviceable to good player.

Tavares Gooden might be a good choice at LB'er as well.
And I do like Huff over Ruki

You lost me with your first one: Grbac. Grbac single-handedly carried that offense to a playoff win. There was NO running game and a matador at right tackle. I agree he lacked heart, but he was the best QB we trotted out there between Vinny's Pro Bowl and McNair's 13-win season.

Look me in the eye and tell me you'd rather have Scott Mitchell than Elvis Grbac. Tell me you'd rather have Stoney Case than Elvis Grbac. Eric Zeier. Jeff Blake (talk about no heart!) Tony Banks. Anthony Wright.


But that said, here's the rest of my list (based on guys who were primary starters at some point):

QB: Mitchell
RB: Jason Brookins
WR: Travis Taylor
TE: Aaron Pierce (who?)
OL: Ethan Brooks

DB: DeRon Jenkins
LB: Tavares Gooden
DL: I'll go with Anthony Pleasant, but it's pretty telling how hard it is to come up with a name here. Cody might also get a vote, but I don't hate him as much as everyone else seems to.

Speaking of Codys, who could forget Dan? I guess the answer to that would be everybody. To be accurate, I guess we never found out how good or bad he would be, but the same can pretty much be said for Kindle. Both were sure as hell wastes of 2nd round picks, that's for sure.

Speaking of Scott Mitchell, has anyone seen him lately? He looks like he's auditioning for the lead in the "Jared Lorenzen Story.'"
