Joe Flacco absent from practice today
Did not appear for the early portion of practice. We'll see if he shows up later. Could it be from this?

Ravens website is reporting Flacco will talk at the press conference at 2:30 today. Hopefully somebody will ask him.

He was running the football (broke the line of scrimmage and the goal line on the play), so I don't think he qualifies as a defenseless player. Originally Posted by ravenjoe

He's also reporting that Jernigan has a meniscus issue, won't play for a week or two want to manage and avoid surgery.

That was a brutal hit that they have to avoid having him take in the future. As many have stated, use your battering ram for those situations, hell use a DT for full back, whatever. Just not the QB

flacco took a shot but he bounced right back after that, maybe he just had some family things to take care of. Jernigan missing time sucks.
