Kubiak as OC (hopefully, long-term as well) is the best news for the Ravens since their SB win a year ago. It seems too good to be true. He was my first choice since I learned of his firing by the Texans. I expected him (and so did the Ravens) to be hired as a HC somewhere and fast. I can virtually guarantee that he will not tolerate the offensive blocking schemes stupidity of last season.

Predictions:

(1) Castillo's days with the Ravens are numbered.
(2) There is going to be an effort (to bend Kubiak's ear) from Leach and Rice to get Wilbur Montgomery rehired - although it will fail.
(3) Long-term, Kubiak will ultimately replace Harbaugh as HC.
