Say what you will about his personality, the man knows how to construct an NFL offense. He got Alex Smith to perform at almost Pro Bowl level when he was all but written off.

Jim was mistreated by many growing up, brother John got all the girls, and Jim's dad taught him to say " Who's got it better then us" to keep him happy. Will not be long till the NFL does a blooper special on him. SMH Good chance his sister dressed him up too.LOL
