    Ray Lewis III

Does anyone know if Rays son has gotten any playing time at The U this season? I'm going to the Duke Football game on Saturday and they are playing Miami. Just wondering if theres a chance of a Ray Lewis sighting on the sidelines.

He is #20, a DB on their roster.

He has no listed defensive stats all season, so my guess is no, he's not playing yet.

Didn't get a RS which is good news. He dresses but is a depth guy. He'll be a situational guy next year and a starter in his junior year

Why's that good news? If he hasn't recorded a stat you think he'd want the extra year of eligibility

It means he was good enough to not be red shirted and be on the active roster.

but not good enough to get enough snaps to register a stat on gamedays.

I would think for RL3, he would've rather had a RS year.

They could always RS him next year.

I would think that if he was such an outstanding player, like his Dad, he would be playing by now, even if it is a new position.
