I like the aggressiveness of going for it on 4th down!

You're not going to get closer and it lets your offense know you're at least trying to win! I think they should have done a bootleg or at least a playaction at that point as well. The stupid call that led to the strip fumble before the half is by far worse than the missed TD/FG attempt IMO. Harbaugh needs to answer for that.

The decision was fine, the play call (and the 3 calls before it) was not.

I agree that I like the aggressiveness on fourth down, I also agree that the play calling was the issue. Three consecutive run plays is unacceptable, especially with the struggles of the rush offense. Flacco should have had at least one opportunity to put it up in the air before fourth down, and then another one on fourth down.

Pretty sure you lose games by playing not executing.

And he is right in doing so. Saying "that's how you lose games" is just a cliché and in no way provable on your part, especially when the stats say otherwise.

They just need to let Flacco call the plays at the line. That's what he was doing ion the fourth quarter, and that's what he did in the playoffs last year. Peyton Manning was the coach of the Colts when Caldwell was there.

Show the stats. I'd rather have wins but show them anyway.
