Monroe is INACTIVE today. He won't play at all.
CincyCat, I believe Marlon has a hamstring injuiry.
My "karma" for a game is hearing crows call close to my house the morning of the game. I heard them but they weren't as close as I like.

From Finheaven;
Lots of Ravens fans here. I know they won the Superbowl but was hoping for a little more of a home crowd like against Atlanta.

Re: Game Thread Ravens @ Dolphins 9/06
Both teams will be conservative, with a few long balls mixed in. Both teams dont want to expose the ball. Low scoring affair. Dolpins have a hard time protecting Tannehill. Battle of kickers.

The good news is that the phins' tackles are naff, so Dumervil will likely get three sacks.

Re: Game Thread Ravens @ Dolphins 9/06
Cannot wait until they retire or fall off the cliff [which won't be long].

Very low expectations for this - tough game as it is, but now even tougher w/ the injuries.
To have a chance, the Ravens MUST not start slowly. Get their noses in front and allow, in Ray Lewis parlance, the 'rushers rush'. Tannehill's prone to the odd turnover and the Oline is penetrable.
Coming from too far behind is a scenario to be avoided - particularly for this one.
Bit of throwback football.

Factoid, Tannehill leads the league sacks and fumbles. The defense needs to stop the run to keep the ball in his hands.

Re: Game Thread Ravens @ Dolphins 9/06
I feel great about it as long as they stick to the run game and short passes and don't panic like last week. Balanced offense by Ravens wins this game. Idiotic gameplan of throwing every play = another loss.
