I'm going out on a limb and saying that those will not be the Ravens first two picks.

    lol

    I concur with that statement.
Although Walsh's system of offense can compensate for lack of talent; however, defense is a different story. According to Walsh, talent on defense was essential and could not be compensated for. What did Walsh do in 1981? He acquired physical and talented players on defense.

My gut says that if the draft played out like his mock, Ozzie would trade down. Everyone and their brother knows the Jaguars might go QB with the first pick in the 2nd round. My money says a team trades up to the 32nd pick to get in front of Jacksonville, probably Buffalo or Arizona. Again, this is my opinion of what would happen if the first round was EXACTLY like McShay's mock.

hahaha...fellow fanatics, I am NOT Todd McShay :bag:

True that big play!! It has to be and most likely at least 3 QB's go in first round.
Can some answer this? With the new cba, don't you get a 5th year option for 1st round picks? Unlike the 2nd round. And if that is the case, don't most teams, or smart GMs would like to at least have that 5th year Especially for a quarterback.
Thanks and I'm sure someone Will answer that for me, iirc, I hear that on this board (of course this is the best place on earth for any football news).

Agreed. Those are terrible picks. Not to big a fan of McShay. If your looking for a guy who actually knows what he is talking about, look for Mayock.

I realize it's a bold statement, but I'm standing by it.
