I could see them moving back into the early 2nd to grab an extra 4th to use to move up again in the 2nd for Armstead. Be nice to get a safety with the first 2nd round pick then move up a few spots to grab Armstead.

Troy Smith was throwing at Ohio State's pro day today. Word is he impressed a lot of NFL execs and could end up with a job.

Considering his athleticism, I could see some team wanting to run the zone-read giving him a go.

John Harbaugh had to be so glad to get rid of Troy Smith....

With Boldin likely on the way out, WR becomes a huge need--just as I have been saying it would be throughout this entire offseason.

With all the depth and talent at WR in this class it's a good year to need a new wideout. DeAndre Hopkins is almost a lock to be the BPA if he's available at 32. Other names to watch in the 2nd and 3rd rounds are Markus Wheaton, Da'Rick Rogers, and Stedman Bailey.

Yeah, I'd love Hopkins at 32, but would love Austin even more, but its unlikely Austin makes it past Chicago let alone New England.

Yeah, Tavon Austin would be fantastic, but I agree with you that he'll probably go way before we get on the clock. Hopkins just seems like he could really be the pick. He compares favorably to Reggie Wayne or Roddy White, and would be a GREAT fit in Caldwell's offense.

    Hopkins in round 1.

    Rogers in round 3.

I'll take some of that please.

Why would you double up on receivers? Fix the trenches before you get all fancy.
