Nevermind, he fixed it...
Seems he's implying that last time it happened, they won the Super Bowl, so it should spell good things for them.

I've done and re-done the Steelers 2013 cap and $14 million over the cap just isn't right. Perhaps that is the number of just their roster right now, not counting any of their Restricted Free Agents or ERFAs. The Steelers, by my calculations, have $103 m tied up in just 11 players. When you take their top 23 players, including their RFAs, they go up to around $125 million. So that's $4 million over the cap before we even add the other 28 players needed to determine their "rule of 51". Assuming the average for those other 28 players is $575-600, that puts them about $22-25 million over the cap.
They're screwed.
