Tough loss. We need to be better Joe. But hey we did run the ball finally and the line got some swag back. Just means we need to sweep at home and beat the lions.

We are all frustrated...I'm sick over this loss, but ravens are still my team. The true fans will be seen in the next week.

The bad news is that having lost today, the Jest are due a win next week...

Oh I think most of us will still be here.... Doesn't make the teams obvious problems any easier to swallow...

This situation absolutely screamed: choose the wind, and let the Bears receive (if they decided to). Screamed it.
That said, once we got to midfield, the mistake/risk was eliminated, and it did not end up costing us (maybe slightly).
The wind had died down a lot by the end of the 4th. I agree with you that they at least considered it but there is still a big advantage to winning that toss. Unless they had the 2000 Ravens defense I can't see a coach deciding to kick.

With one of the best pass rushes in the league, did the Bears get any holding penalties?? There was a lot of jersey pulling and take downs but no calls.

Cmon, the only significant statistic in this loss were the stupid turnovers by the Ravens' QB. We lost to someone named McCown, for Christ sakes. I don't think he had a single turnover.
