As for the Randy Moss comment from the other poster, even if Moss had been traded to Baltimore way back when, when he wanted to come here, I still don't think he would have been able to make this list. He would be and is considered one of the greatest at his position. Whether or not he would have elevated the quality of QB play enough to bring a Super Bowl Championship here, in such a year as say 2006, remains to be seen. However, at the end of the day, he'd be clipped for not being homegrown.

I know that the mountain is already pretty crowded, and everybody up there deserves it, but I'd maybe try to find a place for Flacco.

Well, since there's no debate necessary I guess there's no need to disagree with your list. However, if it were my list I would have to include Modell. Without him there is no Mount Rushmore. And Stover would have to be on it as well.
I think your list is a good one, there just needs to be room for more then 4.
