Highest draft hit rate by position
It would take a lot of work and have some degree of subjectivity, but it'd be interesting to analyze the hit rate on a position by position basis.
Off the top of my head, I think OL would be the clear winner.
Working backwards we have Stanley, Wagner, Osemele, Oher, Grubbs, Yanda...Ogden.
That's pretty solid.

Probably, but that is really 5 positions ... still if you break it down to LT, JO held the fort for 12 years, Jared Gaither for 4 years, Oher tried a bit, Stanley was good .... that is maybe 17+ years through drafting out of 20 in existence
Re: Highest draft hit rate by position
Ed Reed, Chris McAlister, Jimmy Smith, Lardarius Webb, Tavon Young, Duane Starks, Dawan Landry. That's some decent defensive backfield selections, but we've had our fair share of busts there too.

Breaking it down to that level would be even more work.
