Only 9 times in NFL history
Only 9 times has a team run 80 or more offensive plays in a playoff game, and scored less than 13 points.
We're the only team to go over 90 plays. Lucky us.
Interestingly, we've done it to teams on 4 other occasions:
- 1965 vs Green Bay
- 2000 vs Tennessee (the Banshee game)
- 2012 vs Indy (the Ray Lewis annonces retirement game)
- 2012 vs Pats (AFCCG)
So, uh, I guess what goes around – ?
Bleagh.
Re: Only 9 times in NFL history
Give it a rest bro. Harbaugh is 100% responsible for the lost but he will never admit he made bad decisions. Instead he got lamar thinking he played bad instead of being a man and man up to bad coaching. And if he dont stop going for it on 4th down with the whole game yet to be played, the SAME thing will happen next year like last year. Get blown out in the 1st round.

Is there anything in my OP of this thread, that blames someone other than Harbs for the game?

I don't see this thread as a Harbaugh defence. I thought the statistics were interesting, and indicative that we played an absolutely unstoppable defense (unlikely), or were played really really bad.

I don't in ANY way see this as criticism of LJ by the OP. Also, I think it's an interesting and sad statistic.

You're wrong. Plain and simple.
