How did Heap get wide open on 2 straight plays in the endzone & we get nothing but a FG
I need to keep repeating the Flacco's a rookie mantra myself. 2 wide open plays for Heap..ugh. We should have 4 more right now.
20-6.
Crap, that was a sure TD. Ok, we're still up by 14 so we just turn the game over to our defense.
Damnit Joe!!!
A really good drive just halted by some bad throwing/decision making.
First he has Heap all by himself in the endzone and doesn't even LOOK THERE (something I've been complaining about him all year for). And then he has him wide open again and isn't even CLOSE with the football!
ARGH!
Looked like Cameron was chewing out Heap on that. A bit unfair - he was so open Joe could have floated it right into his numbers.
He'll be slapping himself upside the head when he sees that on game film.
Ginn stopped at the 26 - short KO.
It was a terrible throw though I'll admit that!
That was a real NFL offense looking drive right there.Very impressive.Ok so Joe didn't see Heap wide open. And then missed him on the next play again for an another easy TD. But the design of the play was beautiful. Joe just doesn't quite see the whole field yet.
1st, Chad escapes a sack, hits Camarillo for 15.
Our special teams have been far better today. Kick off coverage and returns very good.
