Sharing a screen shot? Way too small...

Was trying to share a screen shot to Tony's RSR sports betting thread. It seems like when you take a screen shot, then upload to RSR, the finished product gets compressed down to 20kb or so and by the time you try to link it in your message, it's too small to see.

I'm guessing if you want to show a screen shot full size, you have to upload it to an image hosting service, and then hyper-link it in your BB code? Seems like a pain, but I understand RSR not wanting to host large sized photo dumps either.
