Love this thread!
Just wish you could post more often but I know you have more pressing issues.

Re: Heroes & Goats ("The Drive" Edition)
I have to include Harbaugh on the Goats list until such time as his team demonstrates more DISCIPLINE! Simply too many penalties week in, and week out - totally on his shoulders! Good stuff as always!

Re: Heroes & Goats ("The Drive" Edition)
Love the post.
Thought Jimmy Smith showed some improvement last week. Granted it was against a rookie QB but I thought he showed some form of progression and as a young player in a skill position that is what i am looking for. Will reserve judgement on him till he has a more complete body of work to judge.“A linebacker's job is to knock out running backs, to knock out receivers, to chase the football,”

Re: Heroes & Goats ("The Drive" Edition)
Jimmy Smith is frustrating because all the mistakes he makes are really correctable, but he makes the same mistakes over and over again. There are times when you will never see Jimmy Smith on the screen, which is a good thing because that means he isn't giving up receptions, and that's what his strength was in college, a true shut down CB who can get really physical with you, but he is making really silly errors that I never seen he make in college. It just again raises more questions about the coaching staff, as the coaches have to find a way to put him in the best position to succeed, and standing 10 yards off everyone is not playing to his main strength.

Re: Heroes & Goats ("The Drive" Edition)
Blind Mike????
Tooooooo funnnnnnny.
Glad I didn't yell that out when LeeAnne sat in front of
me at the Indy PO game. I was yelling where's the blind side guy w/o knowing who was in front of me. T tried to tell me but I thought he was joking.
After all these years he's still on someone's goat's list, one of Ozzie's worse first round draft picks. My nick names usually get crucified on here.

Re: Heroes & Goats ("The Drive" Edition)
I'll do the best I can to finish out the season strong with 8 more editions of Hs&Gs, bro... Sometimes my mental state isn't stable enough to produce a quality product after the Ravens play poorly.
