There is just something schematically wrong with this offense. Definitely think Caldwell needs to go but don't lose sight of the talent issues the O has.

They blitzed 7 people...not one person running a hot route. How hard is it to run a blitz beating "just get open and get the ball" play?

No intelligence in our team. No IQ. Where are the hot routes, the slants, the ins, the outs, the drags, the rubs, the picks..... THE FRICKIN' PLAYS?!?!? Where are the PLAYS that an NFL offense RUNS? Where are the O-linemen who block like NFL linemen???
