Although Walsh's system of offense can compensate for lack of talent; however, defense is a different story. According to Walsh, talent on defense was essential and could not be compensated for. What did Walsh do in 1981? He acquired physical and talented players on defense.

Someone needs to explain the career and life of Andre Waters to Brandon Merriweather.

Nice, Cincy wins because the Lions (and their punter) choke...

They are not as good as their record indicates, but they might really pull ahead if we lose today, unfortunately.

Congrats. FWIW...it's a very good sign for you and yours: a team that finds a way to win close games, especially on the road.

Loving the NE game, it's looking like the Jets are going to get them an L.

J-E-T-S with a chance against the pats in OT

Bad penalty by NE may have sealed their fate.

Wow. If someone called that against us in that situation, I would be PISSED!

On to the Manning love fest ....

Though, I have to admit, that tribute was pretty good.

Something isn't right here. We're the ones that are supposed to win the close games. Cincy is supposed to lose them and struggle to 9-7.

    What universe are we in?
