Chykie and Graham were supposed to switch off there...he saw the in and out route.
Chykie blew that coverage.Although Walsh's system of offense can compensate for lack of talent; however, defense is a different story. According to Walsh, talent on defense was essential and could not be compensated for. What did Walsh do in 1981? He acquired physical and talented players on defense.

Can't blow a coverage like that and make it easy. That was a terrible defensive series all around. Not sure why Graham was playing off of Welker on the 2 yard line but it may have been Brown's fault.
