    John Harbaugh's Daughter

His daughter looks SOOOO much like him. You gotta feel bad for her. She'll probably never be able to date a Ravens fan because when they look at her face all they'll be able to see is the coach of their football team.

That happened to me once, actually. There was this girl who otherwise I would've considered very pretty, but all I could see when I looked at her was my friend JJ (it was his sister).

Which raises the question: does that mean I was attracted to my friend JJ? And, I'm just not ready to address that question yet.

You say this as if it wouldn't make her even more attractive to Ravens fans.

Meh. Kids not old enough to vote are all just faceless blobs to me. I do remember in high school my best friend had a younger sister who was both hot AND looked exactly like her brother, and yes it did kind of weird me out.
"A lot" is a two word expression denoting a great deal or greatly, as in "I like sunshine a lot." "Alot" is a lovable imaginary grammar monster. You can love a lot; you can love an alot; you can love alots a lot; but they are not the same thing.

I thought it was great that she got to spend the time with her dad during the playoffs and in the Super Bowl. That experience is going to stay with her for life. The family business is very strong for the Harbaughs. I would not be surprised to see her grow up to become a scout or even a NFL GM.

I think it's great that he has her on the sidelines and is able to share this experience with her. I'm sure it's something they'll both cherish for the rest of their lives. I have two daughters and can definitely relate. I was watching the America's Game feature on the '09 Saints, and was reminded of Brees having his very young son on the victory podium with him. Very moving, both then and now. Our kids are the most important thing in our lives, and it's great that we can share the experience of being in and winning a SB with them, or have them on the sidelines, or just simply raise them to be passionate fans just like we are.

I thought it was cool before the game when she told John that we can do this.

    Re: John Harbaugh's Daughter

Completely unrelated Harbaugh/daughter story: Harbs' daughter and mine are the same age, and, during his 1st year, we attended the Ray Lewis reading of the Grinch Who Stole Christmas at the Hippodrome. I took my then-7-year-old daughter to the rest room during the show, and found another lonely dad waiting outside the girls' bathroom: Our future Super Bowl Champion coach. We exchanged hello's and other pleasantries, and I wished him luck against Pitt that weekend. (I wish the story ended with our two girls emerging from the rest room together, and becoming life long friends, but... no. I don't think the girls said a word to each other, despite being the only two occupants of the bathroom at that time.) I did note to myself that Harbs seemed like a good guy, not just in his interaction with me but also because he, not his wife (who I'm pretty sure was there), had elected to take his little girl to the bathroom. It's even more obvious since then what a hands-on Dad he is! I think all of my first impressions were spot-on; glad he hasn't disappointed us!
