Apparently the Patriots have contacted the Seahawks about swapping the 27th & 31st pick to move up to the 12th pick.

Just heard that too - makes me wonder how accurate these reports are. Guys like Belichick might leak this just for misinformation - seriously

So who would be the guy that would have to be there for them to make this trade?

    My guess is Fletcher Cox

and as we all know don't believe anything you read, especially today.

There's now an editors note on the article about the Pats trading. Apparently there's a lot of conflicting info, and it's likely a smokescreen.

Browns may trade back into the first for weeden, Pats would probably be the most likely, they wouldnt trade with us after the Ngata robbery i dont think lol
I'm hoping the Browns take Weeden before the Ravens pick. The more QBs, RBs, CBs, TEs or any other positions you think the Ravens won't take in the 1st round the better. It'll push talent down the board at positions we're interested in.

    QB
    Definite - Luck, RG3
    Probable - Tannehill
    Doubtful - Weeden

    RB
    Definite - Richardson
    Doubtful - Martin

    CB
    Definite - Claiborne
    Probable - Gilmore, Kirkpatrick

    TE
    Doubtful - Fleener

I'll be pulling for all these players to go as early as possible.

They said on the radio today that one can expect the Ravens (if they sit at 29 and don't move) would be picking sometime between 11:00 and 11:15 EST. However, if it does start on time and everyone uses the 10 minutes, the Ravens won't be on the clock until 4 hours and 40 minutes have elapsed, or 12:40 am EST. You on the othr side of the pond could go to bed, get up early, have some breakfast and still catch the selection live.

I fully believe we should pull the trigger and jump ahead of GB to take McClellin.
