    Tight End Options Going Forward

Looks like Pitta is done for the year, if the report on ESPN is true.

So what are our options? Do we stick with the noobs or go out and find a veteran such as Dallas Clark.

Also, what does this mean for our cap space?

    Discuss .....

    Ed Dickson is no slouch.

    Clark is completely washed up.

I'd wait and see how Furst does.

The smart thing to do would be to sign a real starting WR...I don't like him, but Brandon Lloyd would be a better production guy for our passing game than any TE on the market right now.

Although Walsh's system of offense can compensate for lack of talent; however, defense is a different story. According to Walsh, talent on defense was essential and could not be compensated for. What did Walsh do in 1981? He acquired physical and talented players on defense.

Grab Clark and hope Dickson steps up is my call.

We're hurting in the hands department

Very true about Clark. I don't like Lloyd, but he may be the best option right now

What is up with Evan Moore. The guy has great speed and great size. Does he have shitty hands or what?

Get the Leach deal done and have use-check practice a lot more as a tight end.

I'll say the same thing I said in the injury thread.

I hope the Ravens resist the temptation to run out and sign some mediocre TE just because he's not a rookie.

I think Juice and Furstenburg are up to the task, and they don't need to be riding the pine in favor of a veteran with no talent.

    C'mon Ravens... take a chance.

I hear Aaron Hernandez is available. On a serious note, I agree with Lloyd. Not ideal but better than some second rate washed up TE.

I think it would be smart to bring in a vet to compete. Doesn't mean he makes the final roster

Juice is looking like a real good option at h-back now .

I think he will see a lot of playing time now .
