You're correct and I didn't go overboard. It's called thinking out of the box and in this situation its needed, but shhhhhhh don't tell all the stupid homers this ,who have drank the cool-aid ,or they will think you're a Steeler troll or something on the side of Satan himself.

most teams with the amount of turnover we've had this year wouldn't have a winning season. it's still too early to judge the last 2 draft classes.

The Ravens need a change they been needed a change a deep rooted change, we got lucky last year its like the stars in the universe were aligned and Ravens got super hot and did the unthinkable for that i will forever be grateful. BUT this teams offensive philosophy is in the 1930s and long gone are the days of dominant defense you need an high powered offense to be consistently successful in the league nowadays if you have an average opportunistic D then you can win and win big. Its time for philosophies to change, its time to get younger coaching wise, time to get creative you have a franchise Qb for the next 8yrs or so its time give him what he needs and rightfully deserve, the players and the system to make him successful.

This. They operate in consensus, so everyone should be held accountable.

Its a tough young mans game and you need good, smart, aggressive young talent at the top too. No dis-respect intended here for Ozzie, but I think the game has changed so much in the past couple of years that its time for some smart contemporary people to carry on the winning ways in Baltimore, and that's why I say make Eric DeCosta GM for the Ravens and lets move on into the 21st century -within the NFL- and get away from trying to live in the past with this same worn out offense, and the same worn out picks, and the same worn out everything;its time for change!

Don't they teach grammar in Pittsburgh?

You're right he is not. There is an obvious disconnect between coaching staff and front office you draft guys like Juice and Simon who hasnt even seen field yet Simon i understand but juice should see some time in this suckass offense can't be any worse than what is out there now. Then you sign guys like huff and spears only to cut them and canty hasnt done shit all season long, those two entities are not on the same page.
