But what's worse is when a club is in QB purgatory.

They'd like to think that they have a franchise QB that can grab the ring, but they really don't and are in denial, so they sign him to a Big Ass Contract, b/c going back into the Draft and starting the process all over again is perceived as being a lot more painful than the Big Ass Contract.

CIN, CHI and KC are definitely in QB purgatory.
I think DET and SF are there too, though Kap's deal is not all that bad.
Once upon a time, we were on our way there ourselves.

Jags are planning on keeping Justin Blackmon.

That could be a damn good receiving unit.

Blackmon, Hurns, Robinson, & Lee? Wow.

One player the Cowboys are keeping an eye on is Mark Ingram.

He'd be a good cheap replacement for Murray.

I'm told the Colts have agreement with Duron Carter, free agent WR with tremendous potential. Don't expect an official confirmation til Feb

Never said he wasn't good. I say he is not a perfect fit for Chip Kelly's system. You know the one that heavily uses the read option. Which would call for the QB to actually run the ball sometimes. Running, being one thing Nick Foles is not very good at.

they went from having nobody to certainly one of the better within a year. double dipping in a historically deep WR class can do that... wish we would have done been able to do that actually.

adding a moncrief or Martavis Bryant instead of Brooks or Gilmore would have us set pretty well right now. Im not bashing our picks as i have high hopes for both of those guys. Just saying, you want to turn a weakness into a strength thats the best way. a corps of posisibly torrey, Sr, moncrief/bryant, brown, aiken and camp looks pretty solid to me now and in the future.
