Re: Russell Street community mock draft
Mike Glennon is a million miles away from Luck and Roethlisberger when they were coming out of college, he's even a million miles away from how Flacco looked coming out of DELAWARE, which was pretty raw. I really don't know about Glennon.

Re: Russell Street community mock draft
I wouldn't do it, which is why I didn't but teams have gotten nuts when it comes to reaching for quarterbacks in recent years. The Senior Bowl pushed Glennon way up. If he then has a good Combine the Cards or the Bills are going to pick him. Both those teams have a QB who can start while they work on getting him ready for the NFL.

Re: Russell Street community mock draft
The Cards owner was saying before they hired Arians that he wanted a head coach that could salvage Kolb's career. A lot could change between now and then but it would seem that would take them out of the QB game as far as an early pick.

Re: Russell Street community mock draft
I agree with this line of thought (sort of), their mindset should be drafting a stud offensive tackle with their first pick (unless Fisher is also gone), and then see if there's a guy they like at qb early in the second (to push Kolb or whoever they choose to keep around).
What do you guys think about this year's qb class anyway? is it really as bad as advertised?

Re: Russell Street community mock draft
Can we have a summary of who's been taking thus far after every pick?
If that's not too much to ask. ;) :pSelf appointed Ravens SuperFan in the southern hemisphere/New Zealand.

Re: Russell Street community mock draft
I personally think it's worse then advertised. I don't see a first rounder in the bunch, and highly doubt we see a long term starting QB that end up being even average.
