Absolutely.
To me it's the one thing that the owners really wanted. Very similar to the NBA and how they slot their draft picks.
Come in, get what you're going to get, earn that big 2nd contract.

Thanks Arnie, if I read that article correctly all 21 UDFAs are also signed.
Article mentions this is the earliest all drafted have been signed.
Hmmmm wonder when was the second earliest, and I can't remember who our longest hold-out wasat one point of my life I was exactly Pi years old
