Re: Game Thread: Conference Weekend: vs New England
All things considered, the D is playing as well as can be expected.
What is frustrating is that TD to Welker probably would have been covered well had it not been for miscommunication between Graham and Chykie.
The only two things I saw with the D that I really didn't like was the dumb penalty by Ellerbe and having Kruger covering Hernandez.Disclaimer: The content posted is of my own opinion.

Re: Game Thread: Conference Weekend: vs New England
Wow guys, big deal. Brady gets called for a personal foul and they kick the field goal from the 17 instead of from the 2 and still make it. Happy?

Re: Game Thread: Conference Weekend: vs New England
The Defense is doing everything that they needed to do. NE was able to run the ball, but this was their choice of game plan. Taking the ball away form Brady and not allowing him to find a rhythm is their decision. Holding NE to less than 30 points was always the goal and the D is on pace to do just that.
Now the Offense, where to begin? Did they forget what they did only eight days ago? They would never have won that game with this kind of play calling. I am completely at a loss with this game plan. Field position was bad, yes. But they got to open it up, it's their only chance to win this game.

Re: Game Thread: Conference Weekend: vs New England
Boldin at half probably said "throw me the damn ball and I'll catch it" just like other games where he shined in the second half

I'll say this too, special teams have GOT to give the Ravens at least workable field position. Maybe some of these first down runs are due to being backed up so far they fear a turnover.

He should have been ejected. If a Ravens defender did anything REMOTELY CLOSE to intentionally trying to injure BRADY, they would've been ejected in a blink of an eye.
But I guess when you root for a team that has won 3 superbowls while cheating.. You just eat up that shit.
