Re: Ray Rice has lost 15 pounds so far this offseason

Im not 100% sure of the timeline that bmorecareful put out there but he was 225 at the end of the season. Im not sure if he was that at the beginning or actually plumped up during due to his injury. Either way the results were pathetic and I somewhat agree the coaches and ozzie should have never put him in for short yardage, ever. Weve been missing that bruiser since since mcclain left. With how we used leach the past few years id revisit letting mcclain go as a mistake. He would have been a better fit/value for what we needed.

Heard he lost the weight naturally because he's decided to always take the stairs now.

Rice is not going to jail. The charge may not even stick.

Anyway, Ray probably needs to drop five more pounds. I know he was hurt but he had zero burst last season. Just drop a little more for good measure.

Is he still having problems with the hip flexor? I have not heard much about that.

Ravens said they need to find a big, bruising back that gain the tough yards. Hopefully that means they've abandoned trying to get one of their own guys to be big. Maybe a reunion with Le'Ron McClain or a Blount signing? I think Blount might be cheap given the market that isn't there for running backs.

Your first sentence ... You sure about that?

That's not Kubes style so I'd be surprised that was mentioned by the team.
