    Dear Ozzie......

What would you like next year in your sock for the Ravens?

    ILB, OL, WR, K

Even if Ray is coming back, if a top ILB is there you take him- the D needs an every down cover LB.

    ILB- what Goodandfast said.
OT- McKinnie is done, not sure if Reid is answer.
S- Ed can't be trusted in the open field, as sad as it is to say so.
DE- Not sure how much Redding has left in the tank.
OLB- JJohnson may not be around much longer, although Kruger might take over.
C- Does Birk stay around? Does Gurode take over? Do they both go?
KR- We need an explosive kick returner.

I thought McKinney was fine this year.

The Ravens were this close to going to the SB, I do not think they need to blow up the roster or coaching staff.

The one thing that still needs to improve on D IMO is the 4 man rush. We did have a lot of sacks this year, but it did not seem like the pressure was where it needed to be at the end of the year. McPhee could become a consistant threat and Nagta seemed to be much less explosive after his injury. I am not sure if we need new players or if the same guys a little more experienced and healthy next time may be better.

On O I would like to get a big WR prospect.

We do need a KR/PR weapon. I would like it to be a scat back type of guy instead of a WR or FS and Webb is far too valuable to be a return man.

Definitely depth on the offensive line.

McKinney was getting abused the second half of the season.

I think we should draft OL depth, but IMO the entire OL looked average or below in the playoffs. McKinney was maybe the best pass blocker in the playoffs. Franchise LTs do not grow on trees though, not sure where we could find a better one.

Kickers are historically better off undrafted...
