    Wouldn't surprise me.

Like last year, significantly more depth on defense than offense IMHO.
Although Walsh's system of offense can compensate for lack of talent; however, defense is a different story. According to Walsh, talent on defense was essential and could not be compensated for. What did Walsh do in 1981? He acquired physical and talented players on defense.

Agreed. And then we'll hear the "best player available" mantra, followed by the FO congratulating themselves over what a great draft they had. Deja vu all over again.

I can't imagine 2 out of 3, or all 3, won't be offense. But I wouldn't be shocked if they went defense.

Since Joe Flacco been drafted The Ravens have drafted back to back defensive players in the first two rounds of the draft four times. That's four times out of ten years that Joe Flacco has been their starting quarterback. Their 2017 draft class is probably the only draft where they didn't draft a wide receiver, running back or tight end ever in Ozzie Newsome career as The Ravens general manager.

If Roquan Smith (ILB) or Minkah Fitzpatrick (Dback) fall, then maybe the Ravens go defense. If that does happen, then I can see Ozzie leaning offense most of the rest (we have 7 more picks after the 1st round) of the draft. I just can't see him going all defense early like last year... Bc

If either one of them fall we most definitely will pick them up.

Roquan and Minkah. Otherwise get Courtland Sutton. The more I watch of him the more he looks like an alpha #1WR. Unlike Treadwell, Sutton runs really well with the ball after the catch. He’s powerful, a long strider, with a surprising amount of hip wiggle to elude tacklers and maneuver. He also has sticky hands and plays aggressively.

Having a #1 receiver (not named Antonio Brown) is way overblown. Yes, the Ravens need playmakers. But they don't need a Julio Jones, Dez Bryant, AJ Green type. Those guys are all sitting at home now. They didn't have a #1 in 2000 in 2012. They had strong #2 guys, great running backs, solid oline and good TEs.
