Suh - Intentional or Not

I've looked at it dozens of times and still can't determine whether its intentional or not. The thing that might sway me over to intentional is the jerk he's leg does.Master of 'Gifs for dummies'

It was clearly intentional to kick him, even if where he kicked him wasn't as he wasn't looking. Like you said, the unnatural jerk of the leg gives it away.
Never seen such a dirty player. At least James Harrison's dubious hits are usually during a play.
