Re: Game Thread SNF Ravens @ Steelers 11/18
Don't know how it's Cam's fault that Flacco decides to throw the ball short of the marker on third downs. There has to be a mix of short and long routes, Pitta on the first one and Rice on the second but I bet if you watched those plays again they have a couple guys past the markers on both plays.
It's not like the Steelers are pressuring Joe so far, so it's on him not being patient and taking the short pass...back on twitter

WTF? Where are the linebackers in the middle of the field?
Although Walsh's system of offense can compensate for lack of talent; however, defense is a different story. According to Walsh, talent on defense was essential and could not be compensated for. What did Walsh do in 1981? He acquired physical and talented players on defense.

Re: Game Thread SNF Ravens @ Steelers 11/18
If your center got blown up for a 2 yard loss on 1st down, why run the same play on 2nd down? Do you expect the results to be different?
And yes, it makes sense to throw that route to Rice... if it's a blitz and he's the hot read. Or if nobody else is open. But he was the PRIMARY READ on the play and he was tightly covered with help over the top!

I wish our receivers could get that open.

Decent coverage from Cary.
I like that they are finally letting Cary jam. That's what he does best.Disclaimer: The content posted is of my own opinion.
