Seeler fans hoping for injuries...
http://www.steeleraddicts.com/forum/...rs-predictions
Classy as always. Hoping to injure Rice and Flacco. The funny thing is, they always say we have no class.

Re: Seeler fans hoping for injuries...
Well, what do you expect? There are classless fans of every team, even here. They don't have the market on asshole cornered. At least around here we have class. I mean, I know there is a lot of hate for Big Ben, but I'd rather see him healthy and play.

Re: Seeler fans hoping for injuries...
The vast majority of the fans on that thread don't seem to buy into wishing injuries to anyone on the Ravens. I seem to remember some Ravens fans also gloating over injuries to Steelers players over the years. You have "those people" in every fan base.

There are punks in every fanbase, pointing fingers is just lame.

Re: Seeler fans hoping for injuries...
I just skimmed through all 4 pages of that thread on the Steelers' forum, and only one of them seemed serious about wanting Flacco injured. The few who also mentioned taking out Rice & Flacco were only joking--lame bit of humor aside, there's really nothing wrong with that. Most of them had nothing to say about Flacco other than the usual, 'we gotta blitz/pressure the QB into making turnovers'.
Based on your post, I was expecting a lot worse, but--and I can't believe I'm actually about to defend Steelers fans, jeez--except for the one idiot with the Al Bundy avatar, none of them were seriously calling for a bounty on Flacco.

Re: Seeler fans hoping for injuries...
Steeler fans could never bring themselves to root that Flacco gets injured.
That would imply that Flacco is good/has some worth and value. My Ravens Blog: Brittany Rants About Football
